went to the bathroom to avoid having to start number 4. i will probably have to look up related rates. this does not bode well.

I'm feeling a bit unsure about part 4, as it involves related rates, which i haven't thought about in several months. we shall see what the future holds.

Finished part 3 of 5 and tore out the page, so as to view it and the next page simultaneously. the waste of paper is an acceptable tradeoff in such a dire situation.

for my AP BC Calc class i'm working on a massive, 5-part word problem. i will be documenting my process here. note: I am already partly through the problem
7:27 PM: almost had variable storage crisis on my calculator. resulted in a renaming of variable R to S. i was able to save it by dividing Q by 8 again, as Q was unaffected in the accidental overwrite of R. disaster has been averted.
